Liquid Motors Inc., a provider of comprehensive inventory management and marketing solutions for automobile dealers, announced today the launch of their AccuData Appraisal System which assists their dealers by providing valuable data at the time of trade, positioning the dealer for a quick and profitable sale of the trade-in.

The Liquid Motors AccuData Appraisal System allows dealership personnel to enter the data on a vehicle trade, photo the vehicle, estimate required reconditioning costs, access market and book data and enter an appraisal value to offer the customer. If the dealer successfully trades for the vehicle, the vehicle information is immediately uploaded into the Liquid Motors AccuData Inventory Management System so the vehicle can be marketed immediately to wholesale and retail marketplaces. The system includes reporting on overall dealership appraisal performance, individual appraiser performance and individual salesperson performance to allow dealership management to monitor the trade-in results.
With the market being very tight on used vehicles, improving trade-in performance is critical to stocking used inventory. The Appraisal System benefits the auto dealer in making an informed, knowledgeable decision for the value to offer for a customer trade and by providing management with the tools to track their appraisal performance and improve their results.
