DMS Polling - We will extract your inventory daily from your DMS system. We currently support ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds, UCS, and Arkona. That data will be imported into our system and processed for analysis. Having daily accurate inventory allows our system to keep your Internet vehicle marketing accurate and up-to-date.

Automated Import – For dealers that have other DMS systems or cannot provide DMS System access, we provide the ability to import inventory, either manually or automated, from an ASCII file. This includes support for feeds from most lot service providers. The data in the file will be imported into our system and processed for analysis. This import feature ensures a smooth recommendation process.

Manual File Import – For dealers that cannot allow or support polling and do not have the ability to setup an automated file transfer, we provide the ability to manually import inventory from a text file. The data in the file will be imported into our system and processed for analysis. Having regular inventory updates allows our system to keep your Internet vehicle marketing accurate and up-to-date.

VIN Explosion – Once a VIN number is entered into the Llisting System it is exploded to auto populate features and options that are associated with that particular vehicle identification number. This assures accuracy and adds simplicity into the listing process.

Photo Importer – Our patent-pending photo importer can import photos from your inventory import, your existing web site, or a third-party web site. For scenarios where the site does not support importing the entire inventory, we provide the ability to import for individual vehicles. Not only does this save time, but it also provides the ability to view the photos when analyzing your inventory.

Photo Management – Liquid Motors makes photo management easy with the point and click feature. When creating listings you are able to rearrange photos for the best possible presentation. Not only is the feature easy to use it saves time in the overall listing process.

Vehicle Information Capture – Our inventory import will use all information available to determine vehicle features and options. This system feature provides the ability to update the vehicle features, options, detailed description, condition, and warranty information.

Vehicle Notes – Keeping up with every car in inventory can be a daunting task. We provide the ability to add specific notes on a vehicle, such as specific condition information, special features, or desired sales pricing. The notes are very effective when used in prospect communications to build trust and save time going out to find additional information on the vehicle.
