Automated Lead Creation – Whether the prospect is an eBay bidder, calls to ask a question, sends an email, fills out a lead form on a website, or is sent in via ADF/XML from another source, their information is captured as a prospect and a follow-up activity is scheduled to ensure a timely response.

Tracking by Lead Source – All leads are tracked by source. Reporting allows management to view the most profitable marketing channels. This will give you a good look at what is working and what isn’t or what source is working better for your dealership.

Versatile Lead Assignment – Each dealer can define whether prospects are shared or owned by a salesperson and, if owned, after what period of inactivity can be assumed by another salesperson. Additionally, new leads can either be assigned to a single person for re-assignment, round robin, or first-come, first serve. This gives you versatility with lead assignment for your sales team and a beneficial tracking of who is doing what among your salespeople.

Activity Management – Our activity planner is meant to make it easy for salespeople and management to keep track of sales activities to perform. Salespeople can add comments to the prospect communications log when completing activities and optionally schedule a follow-up activity for the prospect. Additionally, they can reschedule activities to a future date and time or reassign the activity to another salesperson. Managers can view the activity planners for each individual salesperson or for all salespeople.

Automated Activity Scheduling – Activities for prospects are automatically scheduled in each salesperson’s Activity Planner for a variety of events. When someone bids, calls, or emails, an activity is scheduled. When a listing is near completion, follow-up activities are scheduled for all prospects for that vehicle. When a new vehicle is received in inventory that matches what the prospect is looking for, an activity is scheduled to contact the prospect regarding the vehicle. When a prospect has had no activity for a given period of time, an activity is scheduled to maintain communications. This automation reduces the likelihood that someone will forget to follow-up on a lead in a timely manner.

Automated Lead Response – The timeliness and professionalism of the first response to an inquiry is critical. Any lead that comes in can be configured to receive an immediate customizable email response. These responses are customizable to the dealer and the vehicle.

Custom Email Templates – With the click of a mouse, dealers can select one of many email templates with dealer specific and vehicle specific information. Additionally, dealers can append a vehicle summary, an eBrochure, and CarFax information to email to a prospect.

Cross Seller Inventory Matching – 73% of car buyers buy a different vehicle than the vehicle they are inquiring about. Cross Seller™ automatically matches a prospect’s desired vehicles to current inventory. Any changes to inventory or the prospect’s desired vehicles profile will trigger Cross Seller to look for matches. If a new match is found, the salesperson will be prompted to contact the prospect regarding the match. This feature allows you more sales by cross selling and completes the cross check for you.

Track Prospect Communications – Tracks and displays all activity and communications regarding the prospect. This feature allows you to quickly remember the status of a prospect, allows you to get up to speed on the prospect if you are taking over the prospect for another salesperson, and allows management to ensure every lead is being follow-up on.

Playback Phone Calls – We provide the ability to listen to all inbound calls. This is very valuable to remember prior discussion with a prospect and for use in training of salespeople. (Requires use of optional 800 number)

ADF/XML Lead Export – For dealers with an existing standards based lead management system, we provide an automated export of prospect information using the industry standard ADF/XML format.
