Versatile Lead Assignment – Each dealer can define whether prospects are shared or owned by a salesperson and, if owned, after what period of inactivity can be assumed by another salesperson. Additionally, new leads can either be assigned to a single person for re-assignment, round robin, or first-come, first serve. This gives you versatility with lead assignment for your sales team and a beneficial tracking of who is doing what among your salespeople.
Activity Management – Our activity planner is meant to make it easy for salespeople and management to keep track of sales activities to perform. Salespeople can add comments to the prospect communications log when completing activities and optionally schedule a follow-up activity for the prospect. Additionally, they can reschedule activities to a future date and time or reassign the activity to another salesperson. Managers can view the activity planners for each individual salesperson or for all salespeople.
Automated Activity Scheduling – Activities for prospects are automatically scheduled in each salesperson’s Activity Planner for a variety of events. When someone bids, calls, or emails, an activity is scheduled. When a listing is near completion, follow-up activities are scheduled for all prospects for that vehicle. When a new vehicle is received in inventory that matches what the prospect is looking for, an activity is scheduled to contact the prospect regarding the vehicle. When a prospect has had no activity for a given period of time, an activity is scheduled to maintain communications. This automation reduces the likelihood that someone will forget to follow-up on a lead in a timely manner.
Automated Lead Response – The timeliness and professionalism of the first response to an inquiry is critical. Any lead that comes in can be configured to receive an immediate customizable email response. These responses are customizable to the dealer and the vehicle.
