Michael Daseke – President and Chief Executive Officer

Michael Daseke brings 15 years of management experience in fast growing high technology companies. Prior to founding Liquid Motors, Mr. Daseke was a co-founder of Netier Technologies, a high technology startup. Mr. Daseke provided the technical vision for Netier's hardware and software products. His responsibilities included managing the company's applied engineering activities, including the design and development of embedded operating systems, user interfaces, client management software, and application embedding tools. After three years of rapid growth, Netier was successfully acquired by Wyse Technology Inc. After the acquisition, Mr. Daseke, as Vice President and Chief Software Architect for Wyse Technology, coordinated the integration of both companies product lines, defined the strategic software vision for Wyse, and played a key role in enterprise sales opportunities.

Mr. Daseke also founded Rapport Technologies, a software company that provided products and services to corporations and hardware manufacturers to reduce the cost of ownership of mobile and embedded devices. Rapport Technologies was successfully acquired after 18 months of operations for $22M.

Additionally, Mr. Daseke served 10 years for Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting L.L.P). Mr. Daseke was responsible for selling and managing large scale business and technical transformation consulting projects to Fortune 500 enterprises in the automobile, energy, manufacturing, and retail business communities. This experience has been critical to Mr. Daseke's success in managing people, translating customer needs into successful products and services and applying technology to transform businesses.

Mr. Daseke received a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from Southern Methodist University at Dallas, Texas.

Mark Burack – Executive Vice President of Sales

Mark Burack brings more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Prior to joining Liquid Motors, Mr. Burack was founder and owner of Texas Dealer Services. Texas Dealer Services provided eBay sales and training services to more than 20 new car franchise dealerships. Having bought and sold thousands of vehicles on eBay Motors since 1999, Mr. Burack is an experienced eBay professional and a Power Seller. Additionally, Mr. Burack is an eBay Education Specialist, trained by eBay University, qualifying him to teach eBay seminars nationwide.

Prior to founding Texas Dealer Services, Mr. Burack served two years as National Director of Remarketing for American Auto Xchange (AAX). At AAX, Mr. Burack was a top sales producer successfully remarketing hundreds of cars weekly for national Franchise dealer accounts. Mr. Burack was a dealer principle and general manager for two years of a new car franchise which was successfully acquired. He served six years as a buyer for Bankston Automotive group while operating a National Remarketing Company. During that time, he was Manheim’s Auto Auction top buyer for three years and an Adesa Dallas Auto Auction top five buyer and seller for three years. Additionally, Mr. Burack owned and operated a vehicle reconditioning company for 15 years which provided services to Franchise Dealerships in Missouri, Texas, and Connecticut.

Mr. Burack played three years of Junior “A” hockey in Dubuque, Iowa and St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Burack currently serves as Director of Hockey and Head Coach for The Rockwall High School Varsity and Junior Varsity teams as well as coach for The Dallas Metro Titans Peewee Travel Team.

Jill Givens – Director of Marketing

Jill Givens brings years of experience selling a variety of items on eBay. She brings this eBay experience into the marketing arena for Liquid Motors. Prior to joining Liquid Motors, Ms. Givens managed a Quikdrop We sell Your Stuff on eBay store. In managing the Quikdrop, Ms. Givens performed the research and recommendations on all the items that were dropped off to sell on eBay as well as work with the customers on setting realistic prices and reserves. She scheduled when to list an item, the duration of the auctions and responded to inquiries on listed items. In addition to listing and selling items on eBay, Ms. Givens also handled the post sales management activities relating to the eBay sales transactions.

Additionally, Ms. Givens worked for MCI for seven years in the reporting and analytics area for the Vice President of Operations. She reported on many of the operations systems as well as the local provisioning systems.
