Liquid Motors Appoints Three New Directors to Board

Dallas , Texas October 11, 2005 -- Liquid Motors Inc., a provider of comprehensive eBay Motors services, announced today the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors. Mr. John Grimes, Sr., Dr. James Beckett and Mr. Steve Ivy join the Board as directors, expanding Liquid Motors ' Board to five members, including executive directors Mr. Don Daseke, Liquid Motors ' Chairman, and Michael Daseke, Liquid Motors ' President and CEO.

Dr. Beckett and Mr. Ivy possess extensive auction and valuation experience that complement Liquid Motors’ business plan, while Mr. Grimes ' background includes almost 40 years experience in the automotive industry. Mr. Grimes worked in the automotive industry for almost 40 years, the last thirty of which were with Enterprise Rent A Car. When he retired from Enterprise in 2000, Mr. Grimes was President of its D/FW Region with 110 offices and annual revenues exceeding $300 million. He was a graduate of Loyola University in Chicago with a BBS in management and finance. Mr. Grimes is or has been involved with The Science Place, Children’s’ Education Fund, Thanksgiving Square, Patrons of the Arts in the Vatican Museums, St. Rita Parish finance committee, Jesuit Foundation, Jesuit College Prep Board of Trustees, the St. Paul Hospital Foundation, The Lamplighter School Board of Trustees and as a director of Aleris International, Inc.

Dr. Beckett is the leading authority on sports card values in the United States. He is the author of numerous books on sports card collecting and is founder and publisher of the popular Beckett monthly magazines for collectors and Beckett.com online destination and community for sports collectibles enthusiasts. Jim Beckett earned his Ph.D. in Statistics from Southern Methodist University in 1975. Prior to starting Beckett in 1984, he served as an Associate Professor of Statistics at Bowling Green State University and as vice president of a consulting firm in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Ivy is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman of Heritage Galleries and Auctioneers of Dallas, Texas. Heritage is the third largest art and collectible auctioneer in the world with offices in five countries and annual sales in excess of $400 million. Heritage deals in rare coins, currency, comic art, illustrative art, decorative art, fine art, rare silver, sports and Hollywood and music memorabilia, movie posters, comic books, and manuscripts, Americana, pop culture, rare jewelry and rare wine. Mr. Ivy founded the company in 1963.

Mr. Ivy is the immediate past President of the Professional Numismatist Guild and current Chairman of the Industry Council for Tangible Assets. He has served on the Boards of the Texas Historical Foundation, the Dallas Historical Society and was former Board Chair of Dallas Challenge. Mr. Ivy attended the University of Texas at Austin.
